Refund Policy

At Not That Kind of Accountant, we aim to provide useful, accessible, and DSP-safe services to our community. Because we offer digital products and small business coaching, we have specific refund terms to ensure fairness while protecting the sustainability of this sole trader business.

1. Digital Products

All purchases of digital downloads (e.g. checklists, templates, guides, workbooks) are non-refundable. This is due to the instant access and nature of the product.

If you experience a problem accessing your file, please reach out and we’ll make sure you get what you paid for.

2. Coaching Sessions (1:1 Calls, Soft Build Studio, Mentorship)

Refunds for coaching or support sessions are offered under the following conditions:

• Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance: You may request a refund or reschedule the session.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session: No refunds will be issued, but you may request one reschedule (at our discretion).

• No-shows: If you miss your scheduled session without notice, no refund or reschedule is guaranteed.

• If we cancel: If we need to cancel or reschedule your session, you’ll be offered a full refund or reschedule.
   

3. Payment Disputes

If you believe you’ve been charged in error, please email ntkaaustralia@gmail.com within 7 days of the charge. We’ll review your case and work to resolve it quickly and respectfully.
 

4. Donations & Ko-fi Supporter Tiers

Supporter tiers and micro-donations made via Ko-fi are non-refundable. These contributions go directly into keeping this service running and supporting access for those who need it.
