This site provides DSP-safe, neurodivergent-friendly business support through digital downloads, 1:1 coaching sessions, and related services. All services are designed for general educational purposes and should not be taken as legal, tax, or financial advice.

2. Use of Website

You agree to:

• Use this site in accordance with all applicable laws

• Not copy, reproduce, or resell our content without permission

• Not attempt to harm or interfere with the site’s functionality

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if misuse is detected.

3. Coaching & Support Services

By booking a session, you understand:

• Sessions are educational and not a substitute for financial, legal, or Centrelink advice

• No guarantees are made about business success or outcomes

• You are responsible for your own business decisions and compliance

Cancellations require at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed or late cancellations may not be refunded.

4. Digital Products

All digital files (e.g., checklists, workbooks, templates) are:

• For personal use only

• Delivered via Ko-fi or email

• Non-refundable once downloaded or accessed

You may not resell, redistribute, or edit these resources for commercial use.

5. Payment & Pricing

• Prices are listed in AUD and may change at any time

• Payment is required upfront via Ko-fi, Wix checkout, or direct invoice

• Certain services may be eligible for NDIS reimbursement for self-managed or plan-managed participants — however, we are not a registered provider
   

6. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, downloads, and branding on this site are the intellectual property of Not That Kind of Accountant unless otherwise stated. You may not use, replicate, or republish any materials without express permission.

7. Refunds & Cancellations

We do not offer refunds on digital products. For coaching or services:

• Cancellations with 24+ hours’ notice may be rescheduled or refunded

• Less than 24 hours’ notice = no refund

• If we need to cancel a session, we will offer a full refund or reschedule
   

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Not That Kind of Accountant is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, services, or products. Our content is intended to support, not replace, professional advice.

Your use of this site is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with Australian Privacy Principles.
